VitrA wins Green Good Design Award

VitrA's 100%* recycled washbasin, the first and only recycled washbasin in the market today, further earned the distinction of being the only Turkish brand to receive an award in the product/graphic design category at the Green Good Design Awards in 2024.

VitrA received its 54th award from Good Design, a design competition held annually since 1950 and one of the world's oldest and most prestigious. Good Design’s sought-after sustainability category, which celebrates the best in sustainable design, has been awarded since 2009. This year for the first time, VitrA was honoured with the “Green Good Design 2024” award for producing the world’s first and only 100%* recycled ceramic washbasin from over 70 entries in the product/graphic design award in a highly competitive selection process.

* The entire basin is produced from nearly 100% recycled waste materials that are generated and disposed of during the ceramic sanitaryware manufacturing process.
