VitrA wins two Good Design Awards

VitrA has increased its total number of Good Design Awards to 55, with two new awards from the globally prestigious Good Design Awards, a symbol of excellence in design.

Organized since 1950, the Good Design Awards are among the oldest and most respected design competitions worldwide. This year, VitrA added two new awards to its collection, and this brings the number of Good Design awards taken by VitrA to 55 in total.

The 74th Good Design Awards, organized by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, evaluated over 1,100 product designs and graphics from 55 countries. VitrA’s latest awards were given for its innovative washing technology, VitrA QuantumFlush, which transforms the power of water into hygiene, and VitrA Recycled Washbasin, the world's first and only 100%* recycled ceramic washbasin in its category.

Last year, VitrA was also recognized at the Good Design Awards for its Origin Classic, Metropole, and Suit collections in the bathroom category, along with the Resincrete, CobbleMix, and ModePaper tile series, designed by the Design Team VitrA.

* The entire basin is produced from nearly 100% recycled waste materials that are generated and disposed of during the ceramic sanitaryware manufacturing process.
